i followed my mum to my cousin's kindergarten today
and i saw a couple
husband and wife
both handicapped in the foot
the husband look so strong and healthy
by looking at the upper of his body

but God is always fair

and they received a motorcycle, too

Agape

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 gives us the scriptural description of agape love: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”

Do you describe love as selfless, generous and a sacrifice? These words can be seen as positives or negatives, depending on the person. This is often a love that does not include intimacy or giving and receiving. However, agape lovers will often remain faithful to one another to avoid pain. In a healthy marriage, sex and intimacy are a gift for the partners. People who chose to have agape love in a marriage can suffer by inattention to each other’s physical, mental and emotional needs.

Eros

Eros is often described as “love at first site” and “being struck by cupid’s arrow”. There are many schools of thought about how lasting eros love can be. Eros lovers are very passionate, have sensual desires and they enjoy touching. This type of love leads to that “honeymoon” feeling and some people claim to be “twitterpated”.

This is the type of love where people can be drawn together because of a physical attraction. Over time this can cool and they “fall out of love” with each other. In some cases, a deeper and long lasting love can develop. In the beginning of a relationship, people often put their best foot forward. But as they get to know each other better, they may or may not “fall” deeper in love with one another on a deeper level. This high intensity love can be very short lived if both people are not willing to work to maintain it.

Ludus

Ludus is a playful and flirtatious love. People who enjoy the chase phase of a relationship may experience this type of love. They enjoy chasing, playing the game and the conquest of a new person. However, once they catch this person, the relationship i often over.

Many people like a loving relationship for the security and commitment – that is not an appeal in ludus love. It is not uncommon for ludus love to move on to a new potential conquest before the previous relationship has ended. This is the lover who likes to make notches on their bedpost to keep count of their conquests – it is quantity of “love” over quality. They may also see love as a trap and view the ability to reproduce to be a sign of masculinity.

Mania

Mania is a destructive love that is extreme, wild and can be dangerous. This love has many highs and lows . The person can go from intense attraction and great intensity and then neediness, jealousy and obsession.

A maniac lover has an unreasonable fear of losing their partner and need to be reassured all the time. Even reassurance often are not enough to lessen the intense nature of their manic love. This person will stalk, smother, work very hard to possess and control their partner. A manic lover often has low self esteem and that manifests itself in the way they treat their partner.

Manic lovers may view marriage or a long term relationship as a means of ownership. Children may be seen as a competition for other’s attention or children may be used as a substitute for their lover. Sex can be used as a way to gain reassurance of their partner’s love. It is not uncommon for a manic love to lead to an addictive and/or codependent relationship.

Pragma

Pragma is a practical love that may fill a need the way a business arrangement would. Each partner brings something to the relationship that the other needs and has a value to each other, such as – money, stability, a home, a parent for a child, etc. This love is convenient for each partner and their compatibility can have nothing to do with intimacy or sex. Although it is convenient, these relationships are not always successful.

This love is very rational and they often have real expectations about their partner. These partners may work harder to avoid infidelity because they want to avoid the consequences of their action. This prompts them to weigh the cost and reward of the relationship – often without the usual emotional persuasion. Sex may be considered to be a reward between the partners or only as a means to have children. Depending on the person, marriage and children can seem like assets or liabilities.

Storge

How many times have we read or watched the story of a person debating whether they should have a relationship with a best friend or a passionate lover? Storge love is the answer to this question. Storge gives you the best of both world. You friend and lover are the same person. This love begins as a friendship and over time a deeper love and intimacy develop between the two people.

The friendship and this closeness is a primary attraction to the relationship. There can be passion – but the passion and sex in the relationship is often secondary to the intimacy they enjoy. They can spend very satisfying intimate time together and be satisfied even if it does not lead to sexual intimacy. This does not mean that sex is not a part of the relationship, but the other elements of their love are often more important to their happiness. These people have peace, security and stability in their love that other people may never know. Even if the romantic elements of the relationship lessen over time, they maintain the valued friendship.

ppl are complaining that 24hours are too limited for one day..
they need more time in one day

from my point of view
u can take it as one day with 48 hours
but u'll have to sleep twice, breakfast twice, lunch twice, dinner twice, and lastly, go to sch or work twice a day..almost everything will be doubled up...
isn't that miserable??
u can also take it as one day with 72 hours, but then u'll have to tripled up the sum of each activity u are doing
so should we thank God for giving us only 24hours a day so that we do things only once??
or should we still be complaining about how insufficient time is to us??

the most impossible thing happened..i gt selected into the sch team for mssmkl..hahaha..i gt selected for high jump and far jump..omg seriously cant believe it...am i gonna win??am i gonna lose..idk..haha..the competition day is same day as my 1st test day..haha..i dont have to take the test...lol..but my teacher say i can take the test after i return from the match..

the biggest event of the year..

i mean my biggest event..haha
went to sarawak for a few days then flied to sabah for another five or six days i thk
went sarawak by Air Asia..omg Air Asia not good la..i prefer MAS..xD
reach there at nite and stayed at my aunt's hse..
my aunt's big hse..haha
went to the dunno wat street the next day..
the name's indian street i thk..dont really remember
and my aunt brought us to eat this green vegetable thingy..>>>>>>>>>>>
they call it 'lui cha'
omg it taste like zzz..
but its vry good for health
coz its rice mixed with vegie thn some more add with green vegetable soup..
to those who dont like vegetable, DONT try this
but if you wanna try, kl oso gt ma..

ntg much to blog bout sarawak la...

thn flied to sabah by MAS..
reached sabah in the afternoon
thn checked in to the Tang Dynasty Hotel near the KK airport ..
thn went shopping
i bought a pair of shoes..haha
thn at nite we went to the philipino market..
my mum bought her things there..
thn the next day chg hotel to the Marina Court Resort ..
thn we went to the Tip Of Borneo at Kudat..
sat in the car for a few hours oni can reach..
but worth it coz the scenery there is like so damn nice and beatiful..
took a lot pic..
but all in my dad's camera..
and i'm lazy so no nid upload la..haha
oh yeah thn we go snorkerling..
it was my first time..
so exciting and interesting..
the boat riding to Manukan Island was vry fun..
my aunt lost her hat during the boat riding due to the strong wind..haha
saw alot beautiful fish..
really wanna do it agn..haha
thn we changed our residence to the Kinabalu Pine Resort in Kundasang..
during the journey there, we stopped by the Tamparuli Suspension Bridge..
also took some photo in my dad's cam..haha
the bridge is just a short hanging bridge la..
far from expectation..haha
thn we reach the resort..
checked in..
it was really cold..
and we had to turn on the water heater 20 minutes before using it..
lol..thn there's an amount of hot water for us to use after 20 minutes the heater has been turn on..
when the hot water finish,turn it on agn and wait for 20 minutes??
nonono..
i would rather bath with the cold water..
and its vry vry cold..
and from the resort we can see mount kinabalu if there's no mist..
and then we went to the Poring Canopy Walk..
and still the same, the pics are in the camera..
after that we turned our way to the Poring Hot Spring
we sat down in the bath tub full of hot hot water..
the water is said to be from the mountain..
so comfortable..yet hot..
and on the last night, we had our very own steamboat..
we bought crabs, vege, tofu from the market nearby..
thn we borrow the pot thing cutleries from the resort..haha
and i cant describe the feeling of having steamboat in such cold surrounding in words..
the resort's restaurant also serve steamboat, but its RM33 per person..
expensive la..so its better to do our own right??haha
on the last day..
we checked out..
took two hours back to KK..
and when i was in the car, my friends msg me and told me..
i got straight As!!!!!
omg i was so relieved...
before this i afraid i cant get straight As..haha
thn at night we came back to kl..
i still thk MAS is better..haha...
such enjoyable trip..
when will i have another one??

Years ago, there was a very wealthy man who, with his devoted young son, shared a passion for art collecting. Together they travelled around the world, adding only the finest art treasures to their collection. Priceless works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Monet and many others adorned the walls of the family estate. The widowed elder man looked on with satisfaction as his only child became an experienced art collector. The son's trained eye and sharp business mind caused his father to beam with pride as they dealt with art collectors around the world.

As winter approached, war engulfed the nation, and the young man left to serve his country. After only a few short weeks, his father received a telegram. His beloved son was missing in action. The art collector anxiously awaited more news, fearing he would never see his son again. Within days, his fears were confirmed. The young man had died while rushing a fellow soldier to a medic. Distraught and lonely, the old man faced the upcoming Christmas holidays with anguish and sadness. The joy of the season - a season that he and his son had so looked forward to - would visit his house no longer.

On Christmas morning, a knock on the door awakened the depressed old man. As he walked to the door, the masterpieces of art on the walls only reminded him that his son was not coming home. As he opened the door, he was greeted by a soldier with a large package in his hand. He introduced himself to the man by saying, "I was a friend of your son. I was the one he was rescuing when he died. May I come in for a few moments? I have something to show you."

As the two began to talk, the soldier told of how the man's son had told everyone of his not to mention his father's love of fine art. "I'm an artist," said the soldier, "and I want to give you this." As the old man unwrapped the package, the paper gave way to reveal a portrait of the man's son. Though the world would never consider it the work of a genius, the painting featured the young man's face in striking detail.

Overcome with emotion, the man thanked the soldier, promising to hang the picture above the fireplace.

A few hours later, after the soldier had departed, the old man set about his task. True to his word, the painting went above the fireplace, pushing aside thousands of dollars of paintings. And then the man sat in his chair and spent Christmas gazing at the gift he had been given.

During the days and weeks that followed, the man realized that even though his son was no longer with him, the boy's life would live on because of those he had touched. He would soon learn that his son had rescued dozens of wounded soldiers before a bullet stilled his caring heart. As the stories of his son's gallantry continued to reach him, fatherly pride and satisfaction began to ease the grief. The painting of his son soon became his most prized possession, far eclipsing any interest in the pieces for which museums around the world clamoured.

The following spring, the old man became ill and passed away. The art world was in anticipation. With the collector's passing, and his only son dead, those paintings would be sold at an auction. According to the will of the old man, all of the art works would be auctioned on Christmas day, the day he had received his greatest gift. The day soon arrived and art collectors from around the world gathered to bid on some of the world's most spectacular paintings. Dreams would be fulfilled this day; greatness would be achieved as many would claim "I have the greatest collection."

The auction began with a painting that was not on any museum's list. It was the painting of the man's son.

The auctioneer asked for an opening bid. The room was silent. "Who will open the bidding with $100?" he asked.

Minutes passed. No one spoke. From the back of the room came, "Who cares about that painting? It's just a picture of his son. Let's forget it and go on to the good stuff." More voices echoed in agreement. "No, we have to sell this one first," replied the auctioneer. "Now, who will take the son?"

Finally, a friend of the old man spoke.
"Will you take ten dollars for the painting? That's all I have. I knew the boy, so I'd like to have it." "I have ten dollars. Will anyone go higher?" called the auctioneer. After more silence, the auctioneer said, "Going once, going twice. Gone." The gavel fell. Cheers filled the room and someone exclaimed, "Now we can get on with it and we can bid on these treasures!"

The auctioneer looked at the audience and announced the auction was over. Stunned disbelief quieted the room. Someone spoke up and asked, "What do you mean it's over? We didn't come here for a picture of some old guy's son What about all of these paintings? There are millions of dollars of art here! I demand that you explain what's going on here!."

The auctioneer replied, "It's very simple. According to the will of the father, whoever takes the son..gets it all."

Puts things into perspective, doesn't it? Just as those art collectors discovered on that Christmas day, the message is still the same - the love of a Father - a Father whose greatest joy came from his son who went away and gave his life rescuing others. And because of that Father's love..whoever takes the Son gets it all.

tis is our crew...svian catering crew who went for the drama competition at SMK Wangsa Melawati.. 15 of us...we gt num '4'...haha...abit more b4 we reach top 3..haha..bt num is nt wat matter...as long as we have fun..n experience..haha
